Your project city: We primarily serve the East Bench and surrounding Salt Lake communities.
Your goals: What is missing, difficult to use, or ready for a change?
The type of work: A patio, hardscaping, outdoor living, planting, lighting, water feature, or renovation.
Your preferred timing: Let us know if you have a particular season or event in mind.
An optional budget range: “Not sure yet” is welcome.
Optional photos or inspiration: Existing conditions can be just as useful as pictures of what you like.
First, a Phone Call
We discuss the goals, location, scope, timing, and budget to confirm whether we are a good fit. Once fit is confirmed, we schedule a free on-site consultation to walk the property and review your priorities and site conditions.
Then, the Right Level of Planning
Smaller, straightforward jobs can go directly to a proposal. When design is needed, we offer 2D plans or 3D visualizations based on the project. Design fees are quoted individually, and we explain the deliverables and fee before you proceed.
Understand the Work Before the Build
The construction proposal defines the proposed scope and pricing. Timing depends on the work, design needs, materials, and scheduling. As an owner-operated company, we take personal pride in the project and keep communication part of the process.
