02 / Free On-Site Consultation
Once we’ve confirmed fit on the phone, we schedule a free on-site consultation to walk the property, discuss your priorities, and review conditions and access.

03 / Plan + Proposal
We develop the proposed approach and explain the work, materials, and pricing so you can understand what is included and decide how to move forward.
Smaller, straightforward jobs can move directly to a proposal without a separate design phase. When design is needed, we offer 2D plans or 3D visualizations based on the project’s scope and complexity.
Design fees are quoted individually. We explain the design deliverables and any associated fee before you decide to proceed.

04 / Construction + Communication
Our team brings the agreed plan to life. We keep you informed as the work progresses and discuss questions or changes that arise along the way.
