What services do you offer?
We provide landscape design and installation, including paver patios, walkways, garden walls, steps, and pool coping; outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and fire features; planting and landscape enhancements; lighting; and water features. We can also bring these elements together in a front or backyard renovation.
Do you offer maintenance or build pools?
No. We focus on design and installation. Pool coping is within our services, but pool construction and ongoing landscape maintenance are not.
Can you help with a smaller project?
Yes. A focused patio, garden wall, or landscape improvement can be a fit. Smaller, straightforward jobs may move directly to a proposal without a separate design phase.
Are consultations free?
On-site consultations are free once we’ve confirmed fit on an initial phone call. We first discuss your goals, project city, timing, and budget so the visit is useful for everyone.
Do I need 2D or 3D design, and what does it cost?
Design needs depend on your project’s size, scope, and complexity. We offer 2D plans or 3D visualizations when appropriate. Design fees are quoted individually, with the deliverables and fee explained before you decide to proceed.
What happens after I request a project consultation?
We review your inquiry and start with a phone call. After confirming fit, we schedule the free on-site consultation to discuss priorities, site conditions, and access. We then determine whether to prepare a proposal or begin with design. See the full process.

Prolific is owner-operated by Dallas and Rich. We stay personally involved in the work and care about the result we put our name on. Meet the owners.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve the East Bench and surrounding Salt Lake communities, including Holladay, Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, and Salt Lake City. Share your project city if you are nearby and unsure about coverage.
How much should I budget?
Each project is priced for its scope, materials, site conditions, access, and customization. An approximate budget helps us discuss practical options; it is fine if you are still figuring it out.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on design needs, material availability, scheduling, and construction complexity. We discuss your preferred timing early and clarify the schedule as the scope develops.
