Outdoor Living & Landscape Design in Cottonwood Heights

Prolific helps Cottonwood Heights homeowners turn outdoor ideas into a practical plan and a carefully built space. We offer landscape design and installation for focused improvements and larger renovations.

Plan for Comfort and Everyday Use

Think about where you want to sit, cook, gather, or enjoy a quiet moment. Sun exposure, desired shade, views from the home, and movement between spaces can all influence the plan.

A pergola, outdoor kitchen, or fire feature may anchor a gathering area. A paver patio, walkway, garden wall, or steps can connect it to the rest of the property. We review site conditions before defining the work.

Bring the Surrounding Landscape Together

Planting can soften edges and shape views. Landscape lighting can highlight paths and features after sunset, while a water feature can introduce movement and sound. These elements can be considered together or as focused additions.

We also offer pool coping. We do not build pools or provide ongoing landscape maintenance.

A Useful First Conversation

Share photos of the proposed area and tell us what you enjoy about your yard, what is missing, and which improvements matter most. Let us know about changes in elevation, access constraints, or existing features you want to keep so we can discuss them during planning.

We start with a qualifying phone call about your goals, city, timing, and budget. Once we’ve confirmed fit, we schedule a free on-site consultation. Smaller projects may go directly to a proposal. If design is needed, we explain the 2D or 3D deliverables and individually quoted fee before proceeding.

Personal Involvement from the Owners

Dallas and Rich own and operate Prolific. We take pride in the finished work and value clear communication throughout the project.
